 🌿 The Growth Collective — Terms of Service Agreement

Program: The Growth Collective (“the Program,” “Membership,” or “Community”)

1. Welcome

Welcome to The Growth Collective!

We’re honored by your interest in joining this professional community. Our goal is to create a safe, affirming, and enriching space for therapists and coaching professionals to connect, grow, and thrive together.

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) outline the mutual expectations, responsibilities, and rights that help keep this community ethical, supportive, and sustainable.

By participating in The Growth Collective, you agree to abide by this Agreement and all related policies referenced herein.

2. Purpose of the Growth Collective

The Growth Collective is a professional development program for licensed and pre-licensed helping professionals who wish to grow in their work through consultation, community, continuing education, and practice-building support.

Our offerings include:

  • Professional consultation groups

  • Continuing education opportunities

  • Business and practice support

  • A collaborative professional community

Important Clarification:

Participation in The Growth Collective is not clinical supervision, mental health treatment, or a client-therapist relationship.
This Program is designed for educational, consultative, and collegial purposes only.

Members are solely responsible for their own professional decisions, ethical compliance, and client care.

3. Eligibility for Membership

Membership in The Growth Collective is by application and invitation only.

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold (or be pursuing) a professional license in a recognized helping field (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, etc.)

  • Agree to uphold the ethical standards of your profession (APA, ACA, AAMFT, NASW, ICF, etc.).

  • Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and alignment with our community values.

Growing Self, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny applications and to discontinue participation at any time for reasons related to fit, capacity, or professional conduct.

4. Community Standards & Member Conduct

The Growth Collective is a values-based community that prioritizes integrity, inclusion, and psychological safety.

Members agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and constructively with peers and facilitators.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality about all case discussions and personal disclosures.

  • Honor diversity of identity, experience, thought, and background.

  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior.

  • Take full responsibility for their own professional judgments and boundaries.

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any member who violates these community standards or disrupts the safety or integrity of the group.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

Confidentiality is essential to trust in The Growth Collective.

All members agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding any information shared in consultation or community spaces.

  • Never share identifying client information (names, locations, etc.).

  • Avoid recording or reproducing group discussions or materials without written permission.

While we uphold strict confidentiality standards, The Growth Collective is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Members are individually responsible for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and professional codes of ethics.

6. Membership Terms & Fees

We allow a complimentary month of membership to ensure goodness of fit between members and the collective experience. Beyond the 30-day trial: Membership dues are $189/month (or as otherwise stated in your enrollment agreement) and require a minimum six-month commitment.

This ensures continuity and stability within your Homebase group and supports the sustainability of our community.

  • Dues are automatically billed monthly via secure payment processing.

  • At the end of your initial six-month term, membership will continue month-to-month unless canceled in writing.

  • Cancellations must be received at least 14 days before your next billing date.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused time.

We reserve the right to adjust membership fees with reasonable notice to current members.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, presentations, handouts, and content shared within The Growth Collective remain the intellectual property of Growing Self, LLC.

You may use provided materials for your personal and professional development, but you may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials.

  • Present or teach this material as your own without written permission.

Respect for intellectual property is part of our shared ethical commitment.

8. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

While The Growth Collective provides education, mentorship, and community support, participation does not guarantee any specific outcomes — clinical, financial, or professional.

You remain solely responsible for your professional decisions, business outcomes, and client care.

Growing Self, LLC, and its affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Membership Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time if:

  • A member violates community guidelines or ethical standards.

  • Conduct disrupts the safety or well-being of the group.

  • Payment is not received within 14 days of the billing date.

In such cases, members will be notified in writing. If terminated for cause, fees already paid will not be refunded.

10. Ethics, Integrity, & Diversity Statement

We are committed to creating a space that is inclusive, equitable, and affirming for all members.
Discrimination or harassment of any kind — including on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, ability, religion, or identity — is strictly prohibited.

We believe diversity in all forms enriches our professional and personal growth.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver County, Colorado.

Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disagreements informally before initiating arbitration.

12. Modifications

Growing Self, LLC may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect updates in policy or law. Members will be notified of material changes via email or member portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Acknowledgment & Consent

By enrolling in The Growth Collective, you acknowledge that you:
