When we say “we,” “us,” or “Company,” we mean Growing Self, LLC.
When we say “you” or “Client,” we mean you, the person purchasing and participating.

We periodically update the program materials. If you purchase, you’ll continue to have access to updates as long as we still offer the Program area to customers. That’s what we mean by “lifetime access.”
3) Bonuses
Sometimes we offer bonuses during promotions. If a bonus was offered to you when you enrolled, you’ll receive it.
Bonuses can change over time and aren’t guaranteed to be available forever.
We may also offer additional experiences to certain groups of participants from time to time. These are optional extras, and we decide who they’re offered to.

It's okay to take this program if you are in the process of meeting one of these prerequisites. However, if you don’t meet one of these prerequisites by the time you plan on submitting your BCC credentialing application, you should not enroll in this program.
5) Other policies that also apply

2) The Expert Experience
The Expert Experience level of this program includes everything in the Coaching Academy, plus several additional features designed to help you shift into a confident coaching identity and get real-world practice coaching clients.
In addition to the full Coaching Academy curriculum, you also receive:

Eight weeks of live classes with Dr. Lisa to support professional identity shifts and the pivots needed to transition successfully as a coach
-

BCC coaching experience hours support:
This level is designed to support students in earning the 30 coaching experience hours required as part of the BCC application process.
When applicable, your program coaches can sign off on the professional endorsement and verification of hours for your BCC application, based on your participation and completed experience hours through our practicum.
It is expected that you will carry your practicum clients with you to your own private practice for continued coaching and support once the practicum concludes.Â
At this time, you will:

2. Set your coaching clients up in your own practice management system
3. Have them re-sign your paperwork (and any other necessary documentation)
If you are interested in exploring practice management services and ongoing access to clients through Growing Self, we'll provide you with information about those options.

Important Disclosures (Please Read)
Practicum + client connection disclosure
We make every effort to connect students with coaching clients during the practicum experience. However, for reasons outside of our control, it is not always possible.
Because of this:
-
We do not guarantee that students will be connected with coaching clients during the practicum,
-
We do not guarantee that students will be able to retain coaching clients once matched, and
-
We do not guarantee that students will attain all 30 required coaching experience hours during the practicum.
Coaching vs. therapy + legal/ethical disclosure
We provide reliable training and best practices regarding the differences between coaching and therapy—including how to stay in your scope and communicate clearly with clients.
That said, state rules and regulations vary, and laws can differ depending on where you live and practice. Because of this, it is always best practice for students to consult with a trusted attorney who specializes in mental health law or healthcare law in their specific state.
We may provide examples of paperwork and templates, but:
-
Students should review these materials with their own attorney and/or clinical supervisor to confirm they align with state requirements and clinical standards.
-
Students are responsible for thinking critically about the language, policies, and procedures they use in their own practice and adjusting any paperwork or processes to fit their specific needs.
Payment Plan BasicsÂ
If you choose a payment plan, you’re authorizing us to automatically charge your payment method each month.
If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll ask you to update your payment method. If payments remain unpaid, we may pause access to the program until your account is current.
Â
Â
Automatic billing
If you choose the payment plan, you’re giving us permission to automatically charge your saved payment method each month.
If a payment fails
If your payment method is declined and we can’t collect a payment, you agree to promptly provide a new payment method. If payment isn’t resolved, we may suspend or end your access to the Program (including any bonuses) until your account is current.
Payment plans are commitments
If you choose a payment plan and you keep the Program past the refund window (below), you’re still responsible for completing all remaining payments.
Â

We work hard to make the Program a safe, respectful space.

We may remove posts or participants who violate these guidelines, at our discretion.

This Program is educational. It is not therapy, clinical supervision, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice.
Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby may be licensed as a psychologist and marriage and family therapist, but in this Program she is acting as a coaching educator, not your therapist, supervisor, attorney, or business manager.
You’re responsible for your decisions and for getting appropriate clinical supervision and/or legal guidance as needed.
We also can’t guarantee specific income results—your outcomes depend on many factors we can’t control.
13) Ending access
We may terminate access if someone is disruptive, violates community rules, or breaks this agreement.
If access ends (by termination or cancellation), you’re no longer allowed to use the Program materials, and these protections still apply going forward.
14) Legal details
This agreement is governed by Colorado law, and any legal disputes must be handled in state or federal courts near Denver, Colorado.
Both sides agree to handle disputes individually (no class actions).
