The Coaching Academy is a self-paced, online training program designed specifically for licensed mental health professionals who are ready to expand their skill set and professional impact through evidence-based coaching.

Developed by therapists, for therapists, this course prepares you to integrate coaching psychology into your work with clinical clarity, ethical grounding, and professional excellence.

Led by Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby, a licensed psychologist, clinical supervisor, and Board Certified Coach, this training gives you the structure, tools, and mindset to confidently practice as a dual-credentialed professional—while avoiding the legal and ethical issues that therapists face, when practicing coaching.

• Accredited by the National Board Certified Counselors Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE)

  • Fulfills the 30-hour educational requirement to apply for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential
