You don't have to figure out the hardest cases alone.
A monthly live group where you bring the situations you're unsure about to a licensed psychologist who also coaches. Judgment-free, collaborative, and built to help you practice ethically and with confidence.

You became a coach because you care.
You've invested in your training, you've built real skills, and you want to be part of your clients' transformation. You want to do this work with excellence.
But coaching training often leaves gaps around the clinical side of things. Sometimes a client's struggles are more complex than they first appear, and subtle mental health concerns can get in the way of the coaching process itself. When that happens, it isn't always obvious what to do next.
Do I understand what's actually happening here? Should I move forward, slow down, or refer out?
Those are good questions to be asking. The most important thing you can do with them is bring them to someone who can help you think them through.
A place to think it through together
Each month, join a live 60-minute group consultation with Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby, a licensed psychologist who also coaches. Bring a case you're not sure about, a gray area you're navigating, or a question about how to run your practice. We'll work through it together.
Talk through challenging cases
Get an experienced psychologist's perspective on the situations where you're not totally sure what you're seeing or what to do.
Know when to refer
Get better at spotting potential red flags, understanding the boundaries of coaching, and referring clients to a therapist when that's the right call.
Make ethical decisions
Think through whether to move forward, slow down, or refer, in ways that protect your clients and support your own practice.
Support for the work, and the business
The main focus is ethics and client safety. Beyond that, you're welcome to bring the practical questions too.
- Guidance on challenging client situations from a psychologist who understands coaching.
- Clearer scope-of-practice and referral decisions so you know where coaching ends and therapy begins.
- Documentation and administrative best practices borrowed from how therapists run their practices, such as notes and record-keeping.
- Coaching skill development to build your confidence and competencies.
- Marketing and business questions. Dr. Lisa is a coach herself and is glad to share ideas for your business.
No judgment. We respect the work you do.
Coaches and therapists haven't always had an easy relationship, and many coaches worry they'll be looked down on or criticized for asking questions. That's not what this is.
This group is open, collaborative, and mutually affirming. It's a learning environment. You're doing meaningful work in the world, and we want to support you in doing it well.
What this is not
This is consultation, not therapy and not a formal clinical-supervision relationship. It won't qualify you to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It's designed to help you recognize when something is outside the scope of coaching and respond appropriately.

Questions
Who is this for?
Life, relationship, and other non-clinical coaches who want a trusted place to talk through hard questions with a licensed psychologist. If you're a licensed therapist who also coaches, take a look at the Growth Collective instead.
Is this clinical supervision or therapy?
No. It's group consultation with a psychologist. It's not therapy for you or your clients, and it isn't a formal clinical-supervision relationship.
Will this make me qualified to diagnose or treat clients?
No. The goal is the opposite: to help you recognize potential red flags, understand the boundaries of coaching, and refer to a therapist when that's what a client needs.
What kinds of things can I bring?
Cases where you're unsure how to proceed, ethical gray areas, referral questions, notes and documentation, coaching skills, and business or marketing questions.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
The membership is the same. Monthly is $69 per month. Annual is $690, paid upfront for the year.
